John Barham, Zopetopia's (formerly Lane Street Labs) founder, has several years of experience building high-performance Internet and Web applications. He has also lectured on Web application development at Comdex Vancouver and been published in a book for Python programmers.

Reliability

Our servers are installed at a co-location facility with multiple Tier 1 connections to high-speed Internet backbones and with UPS backed power supplies hooked to generators in case of an emergency. We want your website to be available!.

Our data centers are physically isolated from everyone but level three technicians. Public access is strictly forbidden. Access to the floor the datacenter resides on is restricted and completely locked down.
